This little toy sailor was made by ANRI in or around 1925.  Arms and legs move and he can sit or stand.
The original sticker is attached to the top of his hat.  Sorry about using the 'bic' but it seemed a good thing to
use to show how tiny he is.  About 2.5" tall.  Thanks again, Terry!!
