I am blessed to call some wonderful writers my friends,
and
here are two of the best.
Follow their links to learn
more.
Read their books to enrich your life.
My great cyber-friend, artist/illustrator,
Kipling West, has a wonderful
website. Go see her French
bulldog art, her Tarot cards,
her fabulously wicked books... her site is
full of charming monsters!! Each
image is a link so have
a look. Click on her image to contact her.
My
friend/co-author, Donald Bull, on a visit to the
Ozarks. Don is the author of "The Ultimate
Corkscrew Book," and several other 'must have'
volumes on Corkscrews, as
well as one heck of a great
photographer. Click The Virtual
Corkscrew Museum icon to learn
everything you ever
wanted to know
about corkscrews. It's open 24/7/365, and
the admission is free!
My Friend,
Alf
Erickson, has three loves.....Corkscrews, Ballooning, and Elephant
Polo. If you want to take a vicarious adventure
by hot air balloon, or
discover the sport of polo as played atop elephants in Nepal, click on
the logos, above. You'll also become addicted to
Alf's online
travel
journal, and reading about his adventures in Bangkok. Just be
sure
you find your way back here.
Patches Rees creates custom made, hand beaded, Native
American

Michael Korosty is an artist
with Artlandmark in New York. I've totally fallen in
love with his Stained Glass prints, Giclee Prints, and everything else,
and think you will, too. The
image
on the right is entitled, “Black Cat Corkscrew” and was "inspired
by Black Cat Inc., and Philly Rains’s
collection of bottle
stoppers." You can email him by clicking on logo or visit
the studio by clicking on "Fish Cat" on the
left.
Mil
Millington is a novelist/columnist more
famous in the UK than here in the US, but if I have anything to do with
it, that's going to change.
A friend sent me a link to Mil's
website, "Things My Girlfriend
and I Have Argued About," and I spent the next several hours
laughing out loud.
Since then I've spent many, many, more lost
hours jumping from link to link
reading more of this man's brilliantly funny stories and
observations.
I've also read both his books, "Things My
Girlfriend etc." (or TMGAIHAA,) which was fabulous, but his second one,
'A Certain Chemistry,' is
funny AND one of the best books I've ever
read. Ever. I urge all my friends, and visitors who love
good books to read this guy. Read both
books and let me know if
you agree. He's a genius, and you know I wouldn't lie to you!
Once
you've read everything on those links,
check out
that one. It's more of Mil and his mate, J. Nash.
